You’ve chosen a brand-new air conditioning system and you are ready to prepare for installation. So, what should you expect at the installation appointment?
For starters, there are a couple things you can do ahead of time to assist with the installation process. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be situated is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t come across obstacles when carrying the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the area of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.
If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or contained in a separate area to be sure it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.
One benefit of collaborating with Kowalski Heating, Cooling & Plumbing on your air conditioning installation is that our professionals will take the time to walk you through your new system. It’s recommended that you ask as many questions as you want during the installation. We realize how large of an investment this is and how critical the air conditioner is to your home comfort. Once the system is installed, the technician will implement testing to make sure it’s running correctly. We’ll show you all the features of your new system and offer recommendations on how to get the optimum efficiency.
While the technician will highlight the features, we suggest that you take the time to read the owner’s manual to become more familiar with your system. And store your manual in a safe place for future reference.
We’re here to help you, whether you have questions about your air conditioner after the installation or you simply need to book routine maintenance to make sure it continues to run efficiently–you can count on us.
